I began my journey into understanding the human mind and emotions by studying to TRainer level in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Time Line Therapy®, and Hypnotherapy. At first, I wanted to work on myself and change how I saw the world and my experiences. As I learned more, I realized I could help others too.

I then delved into Emotional Trauma and received training in emotional release at the Trainer Level. This taught me how our thoughts and feelings impact our physical well-being and equipped me with methods to release old emotional burdens. This transformative journey not only brought clarity and balance into my life but also helped me navigate a health scare with newfound resilience. By embracing these techniques, I shifted my perspective, no longer fearing the health issue but accepting it as part of my journey. This acceptance enabled me to concentrate on what truly matters in my life.

In today's world, I see many people dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. This can mess with how we feel right now. But by being aware of our emotions, we can feel more in control and handle life's ups and downs better.

My big realization came when I understood that I'm responsible for my own life. I saw that I could start with myself to make things better inside and out.

When we let go of old emotional stuff, we can think more clearly and see new possibilities. But when we hold onto negative feelings, we feel tired and stuck. I want to take you on a journey to explore these feelings and help you feel better.
